racism is against the rules. That picture is not racist so you would not get a infraction for that.

I do believe anyone has right to be racist, I mean its like as if you didnt like carrots, unless you do something stupid like putting poison on them and finishing with every carrot in the world, its ok, they are not hurting anyone, anyway im not racist, I have nothing against black people, I just think its funny sometimes to make black jokes about that as everyone, everyone has made at least one time a racist joke XD
