This thread has been created to create less clutter on the stickys. This thread will get NO THANKS toward me because I have collected this information from all the moderators.

Please read the following items.

What this thread includes.

First off. You must include all of these items into your thread if your releasing a hack.
• A Non-False virus scan.
• Include instructions
• Include a screen shot and/or a video of the hack working.
• Make the thread as easily to read as possible.
• Dont advertise in your thread.

Second. The 'Please do not's'
• Please do not post: 'Thanks' or 'Patched'
• Please do not flame at any member that posts a hack/posts in a thread.

Third. The 'Please do's'
• If you post saying 'Patched' Please state proof on it being patched.
• If the hack is patched please inform a moderator.

I think the external links should not be allowed because of invalid links. I think it should be attachments ONLY.

My reason for this is because there are too many people saying that the link is invalid and posting invalid links. When people post it on Megaupload just say that it's been deleted off of the website or they can not access this website for any reason, they won't ask for mirrors. This will stop a lot of spam from my point of view. Please reply back.

I think I agree with you. Although I don't see too many broken links I don't usually try every single one every day. I'll add that to my list as an exception. As long as it is directly to the thread I'll be fine with it but ONLY FOR BROKEN LINKS.

Requirements, and Statements should be Changed:I would like to argue with some of this.
First of all, the requirements
Reasons Why:Requiring "Undetected" to the thread is 100% UNNECESSARY
All they need is to see if it's locked or not.
Iamazn: You would IMMIDIATELY delete a thread without credits?
I can understand that you can become enraged when someone takes your work, but there should be a warning before anything else.
Give them a 24-48 hour time frame to adjust their error
OTherwise, they just come crying "WHY THE FUCK DID MY THREAD GET DELETED?!" wasting their time, your time, and everyone else's time sorting it out.
Crash: Wait they can't use yellow and white? What happened to highlighting? Have people become that lazy?
Using Abbreviations is understandable
But what if they don't know what they mean??
A google search of 'Combat Arms Hacks" leaves Gamekiller in the 4th result.
So, we would probably be looked at 1st or 2nd. Infact, until a few weeks ago, I didn't know what MPH. I didn't know RK either.
So I feel that could simply confuse the users.
Also, Combat Arms Moderators do have the FULL POWER to modify what users say.
They do not have the FULL RIGHT to modify what users say.
That is an abuse of power in the most downright way.
If I were to tell "Ohh thank you for the hack. I simply downloaded it and it injected right away. I confirm this is working on Windows XP." and a Moderator changed it to say "Fuck you!" that would be abuse.
Also Mandatory Post Format is completely unnecessary.
We have the right to speak freely, and should not have to adhere to any post formats whatsoever when not dictated by an Administrator.

It would be the posters fault, they didnt read the rules.

In some skins, White/Yellow is not clearly visible.

Have you seen a mod do that? I would only do that if they were advertising another site. BUT If another Mod/SMod/Admin told me to stop, I would stop right away. Also, the Mods have the full right to edit posts in their section.

@@Kazn: Your not understanding the fact that this is the hacks and release section.. We try to make this section extremely easy to read/navigate. And this section is specifically for the Hack threads, where most of these rules must be enforced due to keeping viruses away from hack downloaders.
