Soul`s D3D Menu Base-Multi Game

Hey guys heres a d3d base i made for all you coders
i commented some parts for easy use
also in it i added a white background for easy menu veiw to remove it delete where i commented the ////////////////////////White Background/////////////////////////////////////

Also i added a description item at the bottem theres 2 ways to use this
either for descriptions or on off to do descriptions which i started is in there, For the on off go below and type:

The fact that you said its for any game makes you stupid.

This base will only work on DirectX 9 Based games, for others it will need some editing.

Dont you know he means every directx 9 game?
