No, what you are doing is NOT legal. You are giving an account that is registered under a fraudulent name away to another person, which may also be under a fraudulent name. That is committing fraud, and it is very much illegal.

Don't tempt the law, especially when money is involved.

Why, yes. That is exactly what I am saying. Fake information is illegal. You can, in fact, be tried for entering fake information.

You are falsely activating PayPal accounts and giving those away. I'm not sure what in your mind has convinced yourself that this activity is somehow not illegal.

Are you dense? You may or may not be using your own real information, but you are using that information to fraudulently activate PayPal accounts for other users, who are thus using fake information. This process is put in place for security measures, and required information by the government for PayPal to allow you to exchange currency. You are directly circumventing that security check, illegally.

If you really think there isn't a problem, give me your main PayPal address and I'll gladly report it for fraudulent activity.

He's using NetSpend, an online debit prepaid banking service. It basically allows you to create an bank account with a routing and bank number and ships a card to the address you put. You can use the numbers and Paypal will send the verification amounts to it and it'll show up. There was(maybe still there?) a guide about how to verify Paypals using Netspend.

Personally, I don't think there's a need for a service, it's a very simple process.

However, the account would either be in his name or in a falsified one, which, either way, is illegal.

You guys should stop bashing him.

He is offering a service, which I personally do not find illegal.

He is using a prepaid visa card (I think?) to verify the account. There is nothing wrong with that. Prepaid Visa Cards can have anyones name on it. Tell me on the paypal website where it states that you cannot use prepaid cards.

I've seen this in some underground forums. I think it is perfectly fine as long as identity theft is not involved.

Yes he is offering a service but we're bashing him because we want the best for this community. I'm almost positive no middleman would wanna middleman for a trade like this. If no middleman is present during a trade then he can easily scam. So for one second don't just think of it as a legal matter but as a matter of members getting scammed because no middleman was used.
