NgMCv2.0, A DragonNest MultiClient
North America version only. Untested for SEA!

Instructions
Step 0: Run NgMC.exe as admin and leave it open
Step 1: Locate your DragonNest folder and run DNLauncher.exe
Step 2: Repeat Step 1 until you have desired number of Launchers
Step 3: Click play on one of the launchers and login to the game.
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 until you have all your accounts are logged in
Step 5: Enjoy your multi-client! You can leave NgMC running or close it!

Note: The latest version of DragonNest allows you to login without using the website or DNCP.

Note: IF you downloaded a previous version of NgMC be sure to delete d3d8thk.dll, it is no longer required!

Tip: Make a shortcut to DNLauncher.exe and put it in your NgMC folder so you don't have to locate it every time!

Tip: If your computer is struggling to handle multiple clients, try reducing the Game Resolution!

For SEA players, the multiclient may work but you will probably get d/c'd after a few minutes. I don't play DN and definitely not SEA so this won't be fixed for SEA, sorry! Might be useful to quickly trade gear though!

NA shouldn't experience any issues but please NA players post how it worked for you. I don't play DragonNest anymore so feedback is appreciated! I don't believe NgMCv2.0 will ever be patched! Enjoy!

DragonNest Multiclient for compatible with 32bit Windows

Install Steps
1) Make a copy of your original DNLauncher (Just in case!)
2) Place d3d8thk.dll & my DNLauncher.exe in your DragonNest Folder

Usage Steps
1) Run DNLauncher.exe as many times as you want
2) Click play!
3) An error message may or may not occur when you click play! If it does just click CLOSE, the clients should run fine.
4) Enjoy your multiclient!

Note: Also works on 64bit if you prefer this to NgMCv2, though NgMCv2 should work in any patch while this one may need to be remade each patch.

This is patched or there's an error with both methods for Windows 7 64-bit.

Using NgMC.exe crashes as soon as you start the second client.
And the second method just flatout doesn't work.

EDIT :: I did some finnagling, I think it's working now. Make sure, if you're on W7 64bit, that it's in compatibility mode for windows XP SP3 AND you're running in administrative. Also be sure to follow the instructions step by step.

Update; it is in fact working.

Is there a chance that this will be updated for the patch that was released today, 11/21/11? Hackshield detects the NgMCv2.0 with a pop-up saying:

"Irregular activity has been detected through Hackshield. Please shutdown the program and restart the game. Warning: Any use of unauthorized programs by users may result in termination(or block) of user account!"
