I have this bypass from w8baby's vip and it's a full one but the only problem is that it needs hwi cracking.
If anyone can crack this, then they got a FULL bypass.

Do you know what language it's in? If it's in any .NET language you should EASILY decompile it and recreate it.

Sounds like it's in unmanaged C/C++.
That or someone removed the CLI headers.
If someone could get a license for [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] it would probably decompile it.

Lol at people talking about CLI headers...it's not in .NET...plugging it into .NET Reflector won't do anything.
It has a Delphi icon in it so I'd say thats what it was made in.
