Got confuse where you said, fill in a new layer with black and make it colour dodge.

What I did was made a new layer on top of the orignal & filled it with black & put it on colour dodge nothing happend :S

i tried motion blur and radial just wanted to chekc it out and i think its also okay

Wow, there was a long time ago since I posted here. :p Ohwell, it still didn't work. Either pretty much 1 colors is shown or it's all white.. I've tried so many different colors. >.< Badly explained for beginners on that part, Faux.

Just go on the paintbucket tool then hold it til the gradient tool shows up

Then u have the gradient tool on the top
select three different colors by making those marks on the color line

Then goto ur tag and click and click again somewhere else ..
