I am having an issue, photoshop refuses to open it for me. Do i have to change the setting or something?

Do you have a "portable" version?

even if u have portable it would still let you open itself

portable is pretty much the same as regular or extended!

yes, I am also trying it with regular cs3 and it won't open. Says it isn't the right type of file 0.o

You should be opening .avi with Photoshop.

I tried opening a .avi with a portable photoshop CS4 but it didn't work so I got the full version.
