    Mr. BlazinDonuts, this is not the version of Cinema 4D I have. How might I go about finding the "shader" tool, I have checked everywhere and only have something called "shader modifier" which is nothing like what the tutorial explains.

    My "File" menu doesn't have the new material option. Can you PM me a link to the torrent you got for that version?
