MSSETUPv91 - Error Code = -46?

I download Maplestory v91 and when I try to set it up, this message came up.



MSSETUPv91 - [Error Code = -46]

Installation file corrupt and cannot install the game.

Please help? I want to play.
-------Things that might have caused the problem [ I don't know if they really caused it or not but theses are the things I did ]
1. Computer wasn't working
2. Ask my friend for their window's XP CD
3. WIPED whole computer
4. Inserted CD, now I have a new window's XP
5. Installed Maplestory v91
6. Won't installed
7. Now, I'm here

I have re-download it 2 times and I checked the file size to make sure it got all the size downloaded. And it still didn't work. More help please??

nothing u acn do i guess log a ticket at ms site
