How do you know if your account has been banned before?

I want to know this because I just spent $25 to world transfer one of my characters but when I went to buy it it said that you can't buy it if you've been blocked before. So I'm planning on then tranfering another character from a different account but I'm not sure if it has been banned and I don't want to waste another $25. Thanks.

you're suppossed to know since is your account, LOL
and most of times you are off-rankings

Well I just started playing again after not playing for a year so I couldnt remember and plus when I was hacking it was very common to get 30 day autobans. And before buying the nx i knew you couldn't transfer if you've been banned but since the character that I tried to transfer was on the rankings i assumed he hadn't gotten banned.

i think if you get autobanned you can still transfer. (autobans dont make your characters go off-rankings)

Yeah but in the rules of the transfer it says if you have been blocked before you cannot use it, not if you are off rankings you cannot use it. I don't think it should be like this but i guess that's just how it is. But my main question is if anyone knows how to tell if an account has been banned because I really don't want to waste another $25.

what happend to your 25$ then?

Its still in my account it's just that all my friends are in a different world so there is no point in using it on that character and I don't want to make a new character because he is over level 100. Like I simply wanted to move the character to a different world to have fun, not try to level or anything like that.
