OMG some people are not smart kids. That hat is released during the 0.86 patch, also notice how he has all those pets and that new pet monkey. Therefore one would assume its a test server or a GM/Dev playing the updated version.

dude perm nx items for the win. but yeah as i saw someone say, you will eventually get bored of your items but the thing is if youre gonna spen dreal money why not buy it permanent so it never disappears!! And when you are bored switch it up for a little and go back to it. if you spent that kind of money on it you probably liked it a lot.

I'll probably buy one or two permanent items, but that's it. I kind of like some of the non permanent NX items.
