[v.83] Cash Shop Edit

This is a Etc.wz edit I found somewhere a long time ago, seeing as the other threads download links have died, I decided to re-upload and release it on GK.

What this basically does, is it makes all the Rare NX like Fire Shadow (Naruto) Full Metal Alchemist (FMA) and all of those Rare NX things purchasable in the Cash Shop. (It also adds some things for cheaper prices). Be aware, some servers have already blocked this.
