Micro & MicroMM for v.90 and above (The MapleStory Gateway)

Many people have been wondering when I would update The MapleStory Gateway, and I haven't. I decided to write an entirely new program to replace it, the result being Micro.

Micro is an all-in-one startup tool for MapleStory with all of the same features of the previous MapleStory Gateway, as well as several new features, including the ability to display the latest information and downloads posted to GK, the MapleStory Twitter, and Spadow's blog (Source:

MicroMM (Micro Multi-Mutex) is a small multi-client DLL that I made for use with Micro, but can be used as a multi-client with any other similar application (Source:

Features

• Ability to spawn multiple MapleStory game client processes with DLLs injected into those processes beforehand.
• Allows the user to customize what DLLs are used as a bypass, or a multi-client. (By default, Micro uses MicroMM as it's multi-client extension).
• The ability to inject DLLs (referred to as extensions) into any running process, or specifically MapleStory game client processes. This can be done all at once, one at a time, and several other ways just by selecting multiple processes in the process list.
• Automatically updates to the most version information available for the MapleStory game client.
• Automatically view the latest information about MapleStory from several different sources including GK, Twitter, and Spadow's blog. You can instantly visit any posting simply by clicking on it.
• View and compare detailed character information directly from the MapleStory rankings.

Configuration

Start Game

• Target Executable - You can set which game client executable to target for process detection and spawning. By default this is determined by detecting the currently installed directory of MapleStory, if present.
• Auto Start - If set, automatically spawns a MapleStory game client process when Micro is run.
• Auto Play - If set, bypasses the MapleStory splash screen when a new game client process is spawned.
• Allow Multiple Clients - If set, enables the spawning of multiple game client processes by injecting a multi-client DLL when the process is first spawned.
• Use Pub/VIP Bypass - If set, injects a public or VIP bypass DLL into newly spawned game client processes. (Micro does not come with any kind of bypass DLL, you must set which DLLs will be used for these options in the Settings tab).

Extensions

• The Extensions tab functions as an injector and allows you attach (inject) multiple DLLs into any of the processes you select in the process list.

Characters

• The character viewer now supports a dual view of two characters at once, and includes information about character level, class, job level within that class, experience points, and world ranking. In addition, characters can also be sorted and cached according to their IGN, level, or class.

Download section doesn't work.

When downloading through zip, only comes with .dll!

I just tested all the download links and they all work. The Installer is an MSI, and the Micro ZIP contains only the Micro executable. The MicroMM ZIP contains only the MicroMM DLL. Make sure you're trying to download Micro and not MicroMM.

It goes to the "Start" Screen.
I use goomba's recycle hack..
The text turns red and nothing happens.

I corrected an issue where Micro would not open links on the Updates or Downloads tab.

Micro automatically determines where your MapleStory install is located, and use the appropriate command line to invoke MapleStory directly. You can edit that command line yourself on the settings tab. But as long as Micro is pointed to the correct MapleStory executable and the Command Line is set appropriately you shouldn't be having that problem.

Did you change anything from the default settings?

Sorry to sound like a noob, but I keep getting an error that says 'Attempt to inject the multi-client DLL failed'. I have the MicroMM.dll in my micro folder. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: Also, after closing and repoening it, I seem to be getting the same problem that donut2222 and kmando have. It says 'MapleStory.exe - System Error
(X) The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'

Nullz Nice Release But I got 1 Question, Does the Status Bar at the bottom Auto Update? Where it Says MapleStory Is Online Does it Update to offline Instantly If it goes Offline or Online?

Yes, Micro display the most recent information available about the game's network status.

I got it to work but now when it starts up it says
'MapleStory.exe - System Error
(X) The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'

I've updated the MicroMM and the Micro installer files. The dependency on MSVCR100.dll should be gone. For those of you who still have this problem, either re-install Micro or download and install the Microsoft Visual C Runtime package
