Need Computer Help

I don't really know if this is the correct section to put this but I need help with something.
And so my question is: How do I take off the little stick when I'm typing?

If you don't know what I'm talking about here is an example, pretend you are typing: Hello my name i| (That little stick that tells you where you are currently typing at.)
Is it possible to take that off somehow so that when I'm typing it doesn't appear?
If so then how do you do it?

THis isnt the right section for this. You might wanna try moving it to the chit chat area. You'd probably get more feedback that way. I would normally help but i dont know how to either... Then again i never wanted to do it either. Try googleing it?
