I believe I showed this to Photo like a week ago, this was my 2nd GFX piece I made by myself. I have the PSD file if needed.

Honestly, I don't give a fuck if people use the GFX that I make(not like they're really that good anyway). But it's the fact that he took the thing I made, and put his own name on it and claimed it for himself without asking me for permission first is what is pissing me off.

Temp ban please

We go around and ban everyone that has taken someone else's work and thrown their name on it? Seems a bit excessive. While what this guy did was indeed very douchey, I think telling him to remove it, telling him to , and giving him an infraction would suffice, though it is not my place to say. It's up to whoever wants to deal with this (aka iolycant or exobot)

No I think he has a solid reason to using your signature. Everyone seems to be jumping to conclusion.
Well Epic has been giving out Premade signatures of his with his name on it and changing it to a user who legitimately requested his signatures in the GFX section.
What I think, and I think we should get Santa's side of the story which I strongly believe is my theory. Is he thought Epic was giving out his signatures for usage as he was merely changing the name on the tags for requesters. And Santa just went along with it and decided to use a signature without legitimately asking.
He has never claimed that he made the signature but merely used the signature as his own without asking for permission which is not ripping as ripping is taking someone elses signature and saying they made it or taking complete ownership over it. where Santa does not do anything of the sort. If Santa acknowledges that it is yours and takes it off apologizing not knowing that he needed permission and it was not up for free usage. I think he should go off with a warning.
This is not worth a Ban or even a temp ban because it does not fall under the condition of ripping but more of using without knowing he needed permission.

But if Santa's side of the story differs to my explanation then it deserves the least of a temp ban.

P.S And a contributor has nothing to do with going easy on. Admins have demoted Super Moderators for merely lurking on other sites

But how do you know that was a purpose rip?
Like i said he may of thought epic was giving out the signatures for free.
We can't go around assuming he did it on purpose.
Actually theres more of a chance he didn't do it on purpose because he would have known that people would notice because Epic had that tag in his signature.
If he knew he wouldn't of taken the risk.
So i say innocent till proven guilty.

An Infraction will suffice and tell him to change his sig.

Lol, no, it's one signature, that he never claimed to have made in the first place.
It's not like he made a thread in the graphics section with a bunch of tags, which were all ripped, and claimed to have made any for himself.
The only thing that can be done is either he can ask Epic if he can use it, or Santa will be asked to remove it from his signature.
