1.Squat down, preferably against the wall (the same wall) so that when you fall you don’t fall backwards!
2.Take in DEEP breaths quickly, until you fell a tingling sensation in your middle body around your diaphram or stomach. Usually happens within 20-40 breaths.
3.Take in one last breath and hold it, and stand up as quickly as possible.
4.Keep holding your breath until your vision clears. (Most likely it will not. You would have fainted by then.)
Note: If you do not faint on the first try, wait 5 minutes before trying again, and increase the number of breaths for the next attempt. You most likely realise that you have fainted only AFTER you wake up... Great feeling, really!
