15m Easily with Hyper teleport rock

The monsters are around lvl90 so you must have a character that could kill these monsters.

YOU MUST BE LEVEL 36 to complete the quest.

YOU MUST BE AT NLC TO TELEPORT TO BIGGER BEN.
COMPLETE THE QUEST "SUBANIS LEGACY" FROM Barricade Located in bigger bens lobby.
What you have to do:

Since Nexon gave us Hyper teleport rock for Hot time, you could still go in bigger ben with it and finish the GFA 60% quest.

Gloves for attack 60% still cost about 10-20m.

Have a other character same job, or class that works with Cash shop item transfers. Transfer the hyper teleport rock to that char.

Repeat

The only problem is that you'd have to level your character so they can kill the monsters unless you have characters already at a decent level range.

I totally forgot about the cash shop transfering, thanks lol. This will be easy since it's easy for me to make a bunch of characters and then just use gND+iv+fma :p

 

Since NLC got revamped the level of the monsters raised to a higher level. now if you start the quest @ lv 36. you will not succeed or finish it unless u have friends helping you.
