Average expected time to get to meister from scratch but have the tools to get all the materials

I want to go for meister and my character can do all the bosses and get the materials I need but I was wondering if anyone knows how long I should expect to take to get the 3 set?

It depends on how much you decide to do in a day. If you put in 5 minutes a day it can take months, if you put in a few hours a day, it can take a few weeks to gather materials, hence I can't give you a number but that guide is still relevant and should be useful to you.
