THIS IS A "ONE OFF' SITUATION!! - I'm only sharing my personal experience and I've only done one run with them. From the looks of their very long list of vouches, things like this don't happen often at all. My initial communication with them was polite and punctual. It was after the miscommunication occurred that I couldn't understand how hard they were being when It was their mistake. Will I be using them in the future? Totally. Again, I truly believe this is a "one off" situation and would happily do business with them. Outside of "negotiating" a new run time, everything was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have been happier as a paying customer. Here's a quick breakdown of what happened in my experience with them:

After a miscommunication on the seller's part, I was forced to rearrange some IRL plans to make the run happen in the time frame I was quoted. When they initially quoted the run, they mentioned it would be Thursday. They then sent another message telling me that my run would be at reset. I figured that they were able to get me in earlier and I happily rearranged some IRL plans so I could make the "new" time. 30 minutes prior to the run told me they made a mistake and it would actually be the next day. I then asked (within 23 hours of the run) if I could reschedule due to the miscommunication. I was told I couldn't due to it being under 24 hours and no exception would be made because I "agreed to the new time". I did initially say "Hmmm okay" and then replied within an hour and a half asking for a reschedule because I didn't want to switch around my IRL plans a second time. I went back and forth with them for a about 30 minutes before they rescheduled me for Saturday, the following week. I'm glad we reached a compromise but it was hell getting there.
