Our main server went offline for approx 7 hours due to an unscheduled maintenance by our data center (they were patching a critical vulnerability in Cisco IOS and Cisco IOS XE Software). There was nothing we could do on our end to speed up the process as it was completely out of our control. To compensate for lost time caused by the maintenance, we will be adding 24 hours to all active license.

Yep, and apparently the router we are on were one of the few unlucky ones that got attacked before they took it down to fix.

Was waiting for someone to do it. Also, you have a potential rdp hijack exploit with the public bypass that you guys were releasing. Not sure if it is fixed now. Haven't looked at your bypass releases in a few months since I spotted it.

If anyone needs help. I'm always floating about.
