Easier + Better Cartoon out of an image

To start, I'm sure a lot of you that are reading this have seen the other tutorial on making a cartoon out of an image. However, in my opinion, this way is faster, and usually has a nicer result.

Step 1) Duplicate your image. Easy enough, right?

Step 2) Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur... and use about 9px.

Step 3) Set this layer to Darken. If you do not know how to do this, the
layer palette should have a list box that says "Normal." Click the arrow and select "Darken."
