Oracle makes the best tutorials tbh. Derek Banas is someone I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn industry-based skills. He has a great tutorial on Java that I've used as a point of reference whenever I forget or need to learn how to do something. He basically covers everything, from IDE to lambda codes. That being said, Java is a terrible language for hacking without an external C#/C++ framework, this is simply because Java runs in a JVM when has very limited access to the kernel.

Also for anyone wanting to learn C++ I'd probably recommend C# over C++, it's a newer and basically better language with most of the low-level features one would need for hacking. It's made code-organization a lot easier by actually being an OO language.

Don't use C++ as your learning language. It's complex as fuck.
I suggest you starting with Python and THEN C, then C++ with OOP.

Don't be a pajeet, learn the right way, learn how do computers works, learn how do algorithms works, learn everything, then, languages will just be simple as reading a manual and you'll be set.
