So i recently started reading up on Lucid dreams. I'm curious to see if any of you here do it?
If so what triggers it and or what method do you use?

For those of you who are unaware of what lucid dreams are:
It's when you're aware and conscious in a dream and to some degree you will have control over that dream.
    for example: flying sex :kissingheart:

I haven't ever gotten to the point where I can consciously dream but to the point of where I fall semi asleep but my eyes are open, and somehow i'm still aware of my surroundings because I was experimenting with my friends and I noticed their physical presence still. Otherwise, never gotten to do the full thing.

I'm a sexual lucid dreamer lul. They just come randomly, and I never thought about triggering them on purpose.

I'm actually quite a gentlemen in my dreams. I could really learn a lot from him and apply it in real life.

Having a sleep paralysis is actually one of the methods of getting into a lucid dream. Wake induced lucid dream is what it's called. I tried it but I got impatient. I started losing feeling in each of my body parts one by one :p

I heard if you close your eyes and resist the urge to itch or move your body within the first 10-15 minutes of being in bed it might trigger a lucid dream.

That's sleep paralysis. You enter the dream during that stage apparently
