The rest of the equipment are perfect or else relatively common gear. There are no pics showing the gear so I do not understand the concern.

Misunderstanding due to 2 accounts with the same password/PIN combination sold to two different buyers, one of whom found another account to attempt to hack.

Worked out with both buyers to change account infos and the issue has been resolved.
