Sent this person money, and reserved a spot for Tuesday. Then I found a cheaper deal and asked for a refund. They said no refunds, but I can have store credit. I didn't read the "fine print" that states NO REFUNDS. It was easy to miss. I get that, my fault for missing the terms and conditions that I'm sure everyone reads..

As anyone can see from his post, he is very aggressive and rude. I am sure anybody in the customer service industry can agree these are the "headache" customers you get once in a blue moon.

Also I did not block or delete you, if you got confused, you deleted me off your friendlist which makes you unable to message me. I am not sure if you know how discord works. Feel free to add me again, but I doubt you will.

 

I did not remove you from my friend-list. What on Earth are you talking about. Why the hell would I do that when you still have my money? I still cant even message you. Stop making accusations.

Playing dumb does not help your circumstance, nor does crying here. I gave you the options of changing bosses, yet you delete me. During the time of writing this post, I see you attempt to add me which I will add you back.
