    My galaxy S3 won't vibrate when I get a text but when somethin happens on facebook it does

    You most likely have vibrate off.
    Go into your messaging app, hit your menu button, then go into settings, and notification settings.

    Hey dip shit # 1 I did google it and couldn't figure it out until a couple hours ago. I came here after I googled it :rolleyes:

    Yeah thats what I did I didnt know you had to go in to the messaging app and enable it there to

    I did go into settings lol just didn't know had to go into the messaging app and enable it there to, Also i did go to google and couldn't find it at first thats why I came here

    Yeah, on Android vibrate mode can be disabled for each app, so you'll have to enable it in messaging.
